NexTier Bank hosts Business Learning Series --
Renowned attorneys on opposite sides to debate risky and controversial insurance claims
EVANS CITY, PA - May 4, 2006 – One insurance claim can ruin a business and its reputation. NexTier Insurance Services will host a lively debate Wednesday May 17 on the risky business of insurance claims – to help businesses get the facts they need to navigate insurance risks they may never have considered.
NexTier Bank kicks off its Business Learning Series with this seminar, titled Avoiding Reputational Risk to Your Company. “There are insurance claims that put businesses at risk that many business owners would never fathom,” said Eric Ewing, CEO of NexTier Insurance Services, who will moderate the panel discussion.
Exploring the dynamics between two sides of a claim – from both plaintiff and defense perspectives – will be nationally known attorneys John Pion, known as “champion of employers’ interests” from the law firm Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and Andrew Leger of Leger and Ball, who is a plaintiff's attorney and a member of the Plaintiff’s Council.
